PACK C – Eventopeople Roma 2025
The PACK C includes exclusive access to all evening events, shows, and workshops from Friday to Sunday.
Not included: accommodations, meals, and beverages.
Eventopeople offers you the option to split the cost into two installments:
- Initial Payment Online (€100 per Person)
- Final Payment by January 5th (€79 per Person)
Note: The purchase of a PACK C via a deposit must be made in a single payment of €100 as a deposit.
In the event of cancellation, at any time and for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable as stipulated by civil law.

10:00 AM: Event registration and check-in opens
3:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Workshops
9:30 PM: Show
11:30 PM: Dance night (themed night, which will be revealed at least 1 month before the event)
SATURDAY January 11th
7:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Breakfast
10:00 AM - 8:00 PM: Workshops
9:30 PM: Show
11:30 PM: Dance night (themed night, which will be revealed at least 1 month before the event)
SUNDAY January 12th
7:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Breakfast
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM: Workshops
2:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Social in Main Room
3:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Workshops in other rooms
11:30 PM: Closing Party at Barrio Latino (paid shuttle service from the hotel available)
NB: Sunday night accommodation is not included in the Gold Pack
