Nestled amidst greenery, the hotel is located in the heart of Rome’s business district, between the imposing “Colosseo Quadrato” and the magnificent “Palazzo dei Congressi”, two historic landmarks that position the Shangri-La Hotel Rome as a top choice for those seeking a tranquil oasis in the heart of the EUR.

CHECK- IN
Opening hours:
– Friday starting at 10:00 AM
– Saturday beginning at 9:00 AM and continuing until late evening.
Rooms will generally be available around lunchtime.
Should they become ready sooner, they will be promptly provided.
For any special requirements, please contact the organizers or your designated liaison.
Check-in for attendees with workshop-only passes will take place at the Colombo.
Check-out is required by 12:00 PM on Sunday.
Luggage may be stored in designated areas if you wish to continue participating in activities.
BREAKFAST
Served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
DINING
The Colombo bar points offer sandwiches and salads for takeout.
For quick and affordable dining, we recommend the “EUROMA 2” shopping center adjacent to the location.
The third floor features 39 dining options of various types and is open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Note: Remember the gate you enter through to avoid getting lost when trying to return.
Late at night, outside the Colombo, there is a sandwich kiosk open until dawn.
DANCE WORKSHOPS
The classes take place in the four rooms of the Hotel Colombo.
Activities will begin on Friday at 3:00 PM.
EVENING EVENTS
The evening events will take place at the Hotel Colombo.
Shows will start at 10:00 PM, and social nights will begin at midnight.
The themes for the evenings will be revealed one month prior to the event.
CONCERTS
On Friday after the shows: Kewin Kosmos
On Saturday after the shows: Pinto Picasso
There are two dance halls.
We are considering opening a third.
PARKING
The Hotel Colombo features a parking area; spaces are free but limited to availability.
The Shangri-La does not have a parking area.
Between the two hotels lies the Pala Atlantico plaza, which offers over 700 parking spaces.

Missing Daniel and Desiré’s show left a bad taste in my mouth. The venue is easy to reach from the airport (too bad I was alone and had to pay for the taxi by myself). Overall, a very nice event.
